Please read our studio policies & etiquette to ensure all classes are enjoyable and meaningful for all participants.
See you in class!
- As a courtesy, please show up on time for your class. We strongly recommend arriving at the studio 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Please ensure your phone is off/on silent to ensure that it does not distract others in class.
- We kindly ask you to take shoes and coats off and leave them in the place provided.
- In honor of community and in respect for all participants, all classes will start on time.
- Please wear suitable attire. We recommend wearing close-fitting clothing, nothing too baggy, for the benefit of personal safety, free movement, and efficient teaching.
- Please avoid strong perfumes or colognes.
- If you have any movement concerns or restrictions, please let your instructor know before class.
- Please let the instructor know beforehand if you do not wish to receive any hands on adjustments.
- If you must leave early, please advise the instructor in advance.
- In order to keep everyone safe please don't attend class if you feel sick or have any symptoms. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will find a way to reschedule the class.
- Please leave all valuables at home. Studio is not responsible for lost/stolen items.
- Clean up! If you’re borrowing the studio’s props (blocks, mats, straps…), be sure to return them to their rightful place upon leaving.
RESERVATIONS
- Pre-registration and payment are required to secure your spot. We do not accept walk-ins due to our small class setting and limited spots available.
- To secure your spot, please use our booking system to select your desired class and complete the registration.
CANCELLATIONS
- We recognize that life can get in the way but since our classes are small, we ask that you let us know ahead of time:
- Group Class: We require at least 6 hours’ notice for cancellations, otherwise, regular charges will apply.
- Private / Semi-private classes: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, otherwise, regular charges will apply.
- In case you are running late, please contact us.
- Cancellation notice must be received via email or text. Cancellations outside of the allowed time frame will result in a no-show booking and therefore not eligible to be made up. This is important so that all have opportunities to book classes and times that are available.
- The instructor reserves the right to deny entry to the class after 15 minutes, and late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge. We prioritize your safety, and a proper warm-up before deeper stretching is mandatory. Skipping the warm-up increases the risk of injury.
- The studio reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible via email or phone. If a class is canceled by the studio, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full credit/refund for the canceled session.
