We offer both in-person and online flexibility, mobility and strength programs designed to help you achieve your goals and unlock your body's full potential. The classes range from beginners to professional athletes and dancers.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Marina is the founder of FLEXFIT LAB, bringing over 20 years of movement experience to the studio. Her background spans from professional rhythmic gymnast to gymnastics coach/choreographer, stretching instructor, and fitness trainer.

As the founder of the stretching studio, Marina is deeply committed to providing a space where individuals can cultivate their physical well-being and unlock their full potential. With a passion for movement and a dedication to holistic health, she established this studio with the vision of offering specialized flexibility, mobility, and strength programs tailored to meet the unique needs of fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and dancers. This class is designed to enhance flexibility and increase the range of motion throughout the body. The class commences with a dynamic warm-up and proceeds to deep stretching targeting the hips, shoulders, legs, and back. Strengthening exercises are interspersed throughout the session to promote muscle control and balance, supporting active flexibility.

Strenght & Mobility

Dynamic Stretching & Conditioning Program for Athletes and Dancers, who are looking to improve their flexibility and strength level for better performance. The program is built based on rhythmic gymnastics exercises that combine stretching and conditioning to prepare your body for more advanced skills and build your confidence.
We offer both virtual and in-person classes.
